Supplies

For 3 months after Hurricane Helene devastated our region, we were working to provide essential supplies to anyone in the community affected by the disaster. Food, water, toiletries, warm weather gear, heaters, generators, cleaning supplies, emergency lighting, repair supplies, house wares, new clothing and more to those in need. Beginning Jan 1st 2025 we enter our Long Term Recovery initiative and we will be focusing on rebuilding supplies - including construction materials , tools, and gift cards to support our local economy.

Funding

State Line Resource Station has worked with Mountain Mermaids to create the Brittany's Fund Recovery Grant Program, providing need specific recovery grants to people and small businesses that lost everything.

As a grass roots resource location run by volunteers, working with local non profit Mountain Mermaids 501c3 - we are 100% volunteer run. This means EVERY SINGLE PENNY - 100% - OF FUNDS WE TAKE IN ARE GOING DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE WHO NEED IT THE MOST.

Resources

At State Line, our main goal is to assess and meet the disaster recovery needs in the communities we serve. At  our resource desk we took down informations on those who were hit the hardest and we continue to work to help match people with resources to meet their greater needs like clean up, rebuilding, repairing, funding and health issues.
We are perpetually looking to establish more connection with other recover groups and long term relief organization in order to collaborate and help as many people as possible.
